Our Toffee is not offered without almonds

Milk, Soy, and Almonds are in our products.  Our products are manufactured in a facility that processes tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, and wheat.

Yes. Our Almond Toffee is gluten free.

Our almond toffee bars are available in a 1 pound and a half pound boxes.

Sweet Virginia’s almond toffee is a fresh dairy confection and must be stored in a refrigerator (up to 4 weeks) or freezer (up to 8 months)..

Our product boxes do display the ingredient information and it is displayed on the website for each product as well.

Yes, we do ship to business commercial addresses.

When shipping to a business, the business name, recipient name, suite and/or floor number and business phone number must accompany the address.

When shipping to hospitals, colleges or large companies Sweet Virginia’s will only guarantee delivery to the shipping and receiving area of the delivery address it is then the facilities responsibility to deliver the package to the appropriate recipient, Sweet Virginia’s cannot control delivery times or condition once delivered to the shipping and receiving area.

Log into your online account and click on order history. Locate the order and in the confirmation, you will see the FedEx Tracking number assigned to your recipient. Click on the tracking number and it will link you to the delivery status of your package on FedEx.com

The status of the shipment will be available 5 hours after your order ships from our warehouse.

The Almond Toffee is shipped frozen and and the popcorn ships no frozen but they still travel very well and the toffee will thaw during transit. We recommend refreezing or refrigerating the toffee upon receipt so the candy will return to proper consistency before serving. The toffee can be thawed and refrozen any number of times without damaging the product. After receiving your Almond Toffee we do recommend placing it in the freezer 2-3 hours prior to consuming.

We are able to ship your package on a specific business day from our warehouse we are unable to guarantee a specific arrival date with our standard ship method.

When delivering to hospitals, colleges, hotels or businesses, Sweet Virginia’s can only guarantee delivery to the receiving department or mailroom. It is then up to this department to deliver the package to the correct recipient. This may cause delays as the receiving department or mailroom does not guarantee delivery within a given period of time. Sweet Virginia’s is unable to ship to any correctional facility.

We do not send the recipient any notification that a delivery is going to be arriving for them. Our shipper will make every effort to deliver to the correct recipient.

ORDERING

We require 72 hours to process your orders, although in most cases orders are processed within 24 hours.

If you have provided a current and accurate email address, an order confirmation will be emailed to you once your order has been submitted, usually within 1 hour of placing your order.

Your email address may have been entered incorrectly or the email has been flagged by a SPAM filter system. You may contact our Customer Care Department to request another one be sent to you at 530.868.6333.

When your merchandise ships, Sweet Virginia;s charges your account and the actual withdrawal takes place. If there is a delay in fulfilling your order or you have chosen a future ship date, we will again request authorization from your bank to verify that funds are still available. If your order is canceled, you may contact your bank to request an immediate release of the hold placed on your account. Please note it may take your bank several business days to release a hold that they have placed on your account.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your Credit Card will be charged the day your order ships. If it is a multiple recipient order shipping on different days, your card will be charged for the total of the orders shipped on any given day.

We can take your order up to 1 year in advance. With the exception of payments made via PayPal, these orders must be shipped within 6 days of the order placement.
